About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing psychotherapy to residents of California for individual and relational themes.
The breadth and depth of my education informs and supports the work that I do with you. My foundational psychotherapy-related education is a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Expressive Arts Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco, CA. My qualifications also include trainings in:

My personal experiences of immigration enhance my sensitivity to address issues related to assimilation, integration, multi-racial relationship, and cultural identity for various generations within a family.
     Through my previous careers in small-scale manufacturing units and large corporations in Silicon Valley, I have gained an appreciation for the rewards and demands of working in the tech industry of the San Francisco Bay Area.
 
I am multi-lingual and provide therapy in English and Hindi.
